For our central kitchen, we are looking for a new manager. Your daily tasks will consist of receiving orders and distributing them to all restaurants within our group. You will be responsible for keeping the stock up to date, looking for the best prices and searching for new products.
The kitchen consists of a bakery, meat section, fish section and chicken section, where we have 10 to 15 people working. As a manager, you are in charge of checking on these employees and making sure all the sections are clean, organized and well maintained.
We are looking for a hands-on manager, who is flexible and can multitask and perform under pressure.
Because of the daily contact with chefs and suppliers, you need to be fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.
