Are you an experienced manager in the hospitality industry with a passion for catering and events? Do you have a proven track record in managing teams and overseeing central kitchen operations? If so, Indulge Catering & Events is looking for a Full-Time Manager to join our team.
As the Manager of the Central Kitchen and Catering, you will be responsible for keeping our central kitchen running smoothly, managing a team of 10-15 employees, and overseeing the distribution of food to all Aruba Wine and Dine businesses. You must have relevant work experience in the hospitality industry, specifically in management and events/catering, as well as knowledge of the industry.
You will be responsible for arranging inventory, purchasing, and price agreements within the central kitchen. You will also be involved in bringing in catering services and managing them, ensuring that they meet our high standards of quality and service.
To succeed in this role, you must be an excellent communicator, have strong organizational skills, and be able to work well under pressure. You must also be able to master English, Spanish, and Papiamento.
